Dog Ranch Music PR is operated by Ron Kadish and Benji Michaels, music publicists with a combined 35+ years in the music biz. As music department publicists at the (now) tech PR firm rock paper scissors, Ron and Benji created and pitched full service PR campaigns for an incredibly rich and diverse set of artists, spanning genres from contemporary Japanese percussion music (Kaoru Watanabe) to mind-blowing psychedelic funk (George Clinton and Parliament). Media outlets Ron and Benji work with include NPR, Rolling Stone, New York Times, VICE, Downbeat, Financial Times; playlists on Spotify, YouTube, Soundcloud, and other streaming services; Music Supervisors for film, TV, and advertising placements.

Dog Ranch Music PR Founder, Lead Publicist, and Sales Manager Ron Kadish has over 30 years of experience in the music industry, starting young as an internationally touring bassist and moving into Music PR gradually. Ron was Music Department Manager and Senior Music Publicist for legendary PR firm rock paper scissors until 2020, when rps closed the music department (RIP). During that time he enjoyed working with artists such as Salif Keita, George Clinton, Youssou N’Dour, Alex Skolnick of Testament, Moira Smiley, and many other great musicians. Ron is psyched to continue that work at Dog Ranch Music PR. Get in touch at ronkadishpr@gmail.com.

Dog Ranch Music PR co-founder, Sync Specialist, Writer, Strategist, and Publicist Benji Michaels is excited to be working on the Dog Ranch.
